I started my practice in conjunction with my role as a personal trainer at a local studio to address people who keep finding themselves in physical therapy or unable to fully participate in life due to recurring injuries/chronic pain. I believe in fully assessing a client and viewing them as a whole instead of a bunch of parts, and treating the body as a whole (since that’s how it functions, right?). With the right combination of massage and other bodywork, coupled with an appropriate exercise regimen, people can regain function and optimize their human experience instead of sitting on the sidelines or in the PT waiting room.
