Neuromuscular therapy (NMT): Also known as “trigger point therapy”. NMT is a precise, thorough examination and treatment of the body’s soft tissues to address dysfunctional movement and chronic pain patterns. By tying together the musculoskeletal, facial, and neuromuscular systems, NMT can alleviate hard-to-treat problems and normalize movement. • $85/hr
Pre/Postnatal massage: Specialized massage techniques designed to address pain and discomfort in the muscles and joints that occur with the body changes associated with pregnancy.
Chair massage: Treatment is performed fully clothed for a quicker, more convenient massage session. This technique is more generalized to the back and shoulders, but upper limbs can be addressed as well. 30 minutes and up • $1/minute
Orthopedic Massage:Full body massage to target fibrotic tissue and alleviate pain associated with tight muscles. 1 hour and up • $80
